First show of 2012

We like to start the show season each year with an in-house show, which gets those winter cobwebs out of the tack boxes and helps remind everyone what preparations are necessary for attending a real show. The in-house show is also a clinic, giving riders tips from an outside judge about their riding techniques, and setting goals for the upcoming show season.
The in-house show will be on April 21st this year, with classes starting promptly at 9am. We will be limiting class sizes as well, to keep things moving, and to get everyone home on time (a rarity at many horse shows…). Riders are expected to treat the show like an off-property event, meaning dressing the part, grooming their horse properly, and competing with care and focus. There will be a BBQ lunch available as well as the stocked vending machine, so bring some change and an appetite!
If you wish to attend, please fill out the form found in Documents & Rules, and deposit it along with your cheque made out to Stubbe Horse Farm, in the barn. We look forward to seeing everyone for the first show of the season!
