Stubbe Horse Farm offers a full-service equestrian facility for customers interested in pursuing their passion for horseback riding. Our lesson program is open to all ages and experience levels, we host camps, shows and clinics designed to bring the riding community together and share the enjoyment, as well as providing students with well-maintained facilities to stable their own horses. In addition, we regularly look for special activities which fit our facilities and customer’s interests, just for fun.
Stubbe Horse Farm is managed and maintained entirely by the owners, who live on-site. The main coach is Silke Stubbe, who teaches most lessons, coaches at shows, manages the camps and clinics, and oversees care of the horses. Occasionally we may ask a guest coach to teach a lesson, in case of scheduling issues.
We operate year-round, caring for horses and facilities regardless of weather, although lessons are occasionally post-poned if conditions are bad. The farm is open and available to all customers every day of the week during business hours, with adequate notice given for special closures. Customers are welcome to bring friends and family with them, with the understanding that anyone riding must sign the appropriate waiver forms beforehand. We are dog-friendly; customers may bring well-mannered dogs to the farm as long as they remain on a leash and are monitored at all times; likewise children under the age of 10 and not in a lesson must be escorted by a guardian.
